Dear Mrs Janet and the whole Jacyjoka team. When we were booking apartment 4 for a long time, I was a little bit unsafe and sceptical. But now after 4 wounderful weeks in your area, we can say it was a very good decision to book apartment 4. We want say thank you all, especially you Mr. Katana for everything all had support us with all power, that our wishes had be satisfied. Thank you for understanding and corporation.

We would like to come back every time. We all wishing you good luck to end the project `Bar - Restaurant`. We are sure it will be a highlight and will top the whole staying in future. What an awesome family, we dont feel like going. Feels much better than home. The reception was awesome, Janet is wonderfull, Matheka is great and the restaurant is mind blowing. Mr. Musindi Fred and family are very happy to come here again. We have liked the place and staff a lot. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Jacyjoka Apartments. The hospitality is extreemly good and enjoyed the pool area, expecially the kids. We shall definately be back and will tell our friends about the place. Thanks.

We have really enjoyed our stay here and we would highly recommend our friends too. Waking up to a beautiful vieuw of flowers and trees and the breath taking pool area has been a dream come true. The staff members are extremely friendly and the C.E.O. is motherly and friendly. There is no place we have been to in Mombasa like Jacyjoka, so we will definately come again in April and December. Thanks, we will miss you all.

Heel erg bedankt voor een onvergetelijke tijd in Kenia!  Mede doordat Janet ons overal mee naar toe heeft genomen en de rest van de werknemers altijd voor ons klaarstond heb ik een super stage gehad! Natuurlijk helpt het prachtige zwembad ook een beetje mee.  Want zeg nou zelf, in de middag pauze of na het werk even het zwembad in kunnen plonsen is toch wel een luxe! Ik hoop zeker een keer terug te komen, en ik ben heel benieuwd naar het  nieuwe restaurant!

Ik heb het ontzettend naar mijn zin gehad tijdens mijn verblijf in Jacyjoka. We hebben veel lol gehad met alle medewerkers en we hebben erg genoten van het mooie zwembad. De kamers waren ook uitstekend. De bedden waren fijn en de keuken was ook prima. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen!

When im in Kenya all the time i stay at your Jacyjoka. I like this house and i feel this is my home. After 5 weeks i have to say goodbye. The staff was always very friendly, Askari & Stephan also. I will come back and then i will be happy, hope to see the new restaurant.

Our stay at Jacyjoka was great. The accommodation is in a good location; friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and great ambiance. I would highly recommend airconditioning and DSTV.  Otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

We really enjoyed the stay and the accommadation was very comfortable and relaxing. We `ve enjoyed the stay and promisse to come back again very soon.

I would recommend if you could install airconditioning equipment, big TV sets and DST V. But all in all I am happy during my stay and would recommend friends to come and enjoy the same, especially since you have a swimming pool.

We enjoyed the relaxed laid back atmosphere Jacyjoka provided. We were able to sleep well at night and enjoy the beautiful pool during the day and addition the bed was surpricingly comfortable. Some things could be improved. The freezer does not freeze very well. There is a plastic  in the bathrooms which makes it difficult to really enjoy the shower. A better frying pan would be nice.

However overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice stay in this apartment, friendly people. We used to live in Mombasa and we came now for a short holiday. Thanks for hospitality we enjoy a lot.

We stayed for mostly 3 weeks in Jacyjoka and we had a great time; been on safari with Netherken for 5 days, it was amazing. Stay for a few days in Lamu and we saw further a lot of things in the area. The Butterflygarden  we can recommend when you love nature and if you like animals to see you can to the Hallerpark. We are satisfied about the staff of Jacyjoka, helpfull and also friendly. And Janet is an amazing host, so careful. We  enjoyed the stay and we will back. Africa, Kenya, has stolen our heart.

We were your first trainees at Jacyjoka apartments Mombasa. We had to do a lot of different things during our 12 weeks. We improved the apartments on the in- and outside. We made them feel like a Kenyan home. We created an excursionbook, with trips in and around Mombasa and safari's, which we had to sell to our guests. It was a nice experience to learn how it is to have your own business. We did a lot of things together with Janet, like meetings, marketing and purchasing stuff for the apartments. Of course we've learned about the African culture and enjoyed staying at Janets place. She had a lovely home and felt like a mom to us.

But then again, what a nice, warm and wonderful feeling we’re having for ………? ……..? you especially. You are a unique landlord, very cheerful and non-discriminative. Our stay was worthwhile. The environment/apartment was so clean. I was most amazed by the cheerful and pleasant workers here. Matheka and Katana have been most helpful all through. My children got very fond of them and liked very much to spend time with especially Matheka. The security is good and especially Steve, the security guard, was very good and friendly to the children. We shall miss Jacyjoka very much, but given the opportunity, we shall surely return.

Two days on safari with your driver, who guided us very well We went on the doplhintrip as well and that was really nice! (too bas we didnt see any dolphins)

The African culture was new to us and we were surprised by the many differences in lifestyle.
