Dearest Janet,
After a months stay, at the Jacyjoka apartments, time has now come for us to say goodbye to each other. But then again, what a nice, warm and wonderful feeling we’re having for ………? ……..? you especially. You are a unique landlord, very cheerful and non-discriminative. Our stay was worthwhile. The environment/apartment was so clean. I was most amazed by the cheerful and pleasant workers here. Matheka and Katana have been most helpful all through. My children got very fond of them and liked very much to spend time with especially Matheka. The security is good and especially Steve, the security guard, was very good and friendly to the children. We shall miss Jacyjoka very much, but given the opportunity, we shall surely return.

It’s with such delight and pleasure to have stayed in these apartments. I stayed over with my family and it was such a brilliant experience for all of us, my mom + my dad and all of us were so very happy. The swimming pool is clean. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a good feeling of being “at home” away from home. You, staff, especially Matheka and Katana were very kind and helpful at all times. You should be very proud of your establishment. My daughter Chelsea relished the swimming pool and we are taking very fond and precious memories.
